Introduction :
Bridge saw cutting machine for marble granite stones.
It is applicable on cutting and trimming slab, countertop, vanity, steps, etc.
The bridge saw works by industiral computer with programs for automatic cut, and also capable of manual operation. All the operations are achieved from the touch screen panel.
It is able to cut 3.2 m length and 2 m width with laser guide sensor for cutting guide.
The table tilts up to 85 for easy load of big slabs and also turns 90/360 degree to change the cutting direction.
This stone machine owns the high precision and easy to operate and other advantages, especially suitable for customers in small plant and always work with moving plant.
Since this stone machine is incorporate on structure, so the cubage is small and easy to transit, and convenient to install and adjust. This kind of bridge saw machine also can save time and cost to build concrete cement base.

Table Detail :
- The worktable can rotate 360 degree which has dispensed the inconvenience of the removal of the big slab. The rotating parts adopt wire cutting machine to guarantee the accuracy of the rotation. And when the worktable rotates 45 degree , it can make 45 degree cutting.
- The removal of the slab is very convenient because the worktable can rotate 0-85 degree.
Panel Board Detail:
- Operation interface combined of human-computer interface and mechanical button, very easy operating, cutting head can be control by cross command switch by hand, real time data display on screen.
- Flexible arm and screen, both can rotate to different angle, handles on side of controller make operator more comfortable.
