Principle of Operation and Design Features:1. Enjoy the advantages of good grinding effect by pure manual grinding and of time-saving & labor-saving by mechanical grinding.2. Featured with threefold grinding trajectory, thus sealing surfaces of the safety valves can get multi-faceted, efficient and comprehensive repair. Equipped with large diameter hard alloy grinding plate with φ450mm, thus can grind a variety of valve clacks with different specifications.3. Introduction to threefold grinding trajectory:(1) Outer-ring grinding plate enjoys counterclockwise rotation;(2) Central-ring enjoys clockwise elliptical rotation through eccentric wheel linkage. (3) The impact rod bring along the porous plate rotates counterclockwise in the outer ring.
