If you want no paint in the neck pocket, please tell me. We will cever the bottom, make it clear for you. And also the big hole in neck pocket. We hanging guitar bodies when painting. If you don't like it, we can cover the hole with wood after paint finished. Then drill 4 small holes for back plate screws. Like showed below:
Process ShowSemi hollow body inside, cut by cnc machine. We also can build solid body normal telecaster body. The price will be cheaper than hollow body.
Guitar body with 5mm alder top covered. Sanded many times with different sand paper.
Made binding on both body top and bakc. Bottom clear coat finished. Will do color paint in next step.
PackageWe put each guitar body in foam bag at first, then in a foam box that cavity cutted same as guitar body, with a foam board cover. If you worry about environmental issues, we will not use foam box for you or use a little.
10 foam boxes to a big carton box. If there has many different colors in one order, wewill make labels that indicate different colors.We will stick the label on the outside of the foam board, making it easier for you to distinguish.
Carton box with customer Mark. We can make your logo or any word you want outside of the carton box.
