LHC cantilever submerged arc welding machine is used for heavy steel production line and super high H-Beam submerged arc welding. The machine structure is cantilever arm table driven type. The machine is composed of working table travle device, cantilever frame, welding arm elevator, horizontal travel device, arc guide device, flux recovery system,automatic submerged arc welding system, electrical control system etc. The frequencey conversion motor driving system , drags the working table move as a unit, drives the guide arc device. The spring extension device make the guide arc device to force arc wheel working along the boat shaped seam. Flux recovery system effectively recover, seperate used flux, and eliminate useless slag. It can ensure safe re-use of the flux.
