This machine is designed and manufactured according to industrial and national standard and criterion such as CJ/T3012-1993 <<CAST IRON MANHOLE COVER>>, CJ/T121-2000<<REGENERATIVE RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL MANHOLE COVER>>,JC889-2001<<STEEL FIBRE ConCRETE MANHOLE COVER>>,which is used testing the loading capacity of manhole cover. Its structure performance completely comply with test criterion requirement.
Note: for HT(gray iron) material, only broken test is available; for QT(ductile iron)material or other materials, circulation/ deformation/ broken test is available.

Main Features:
1) The main machine adopts high rigidity structure to ensure the safety during the test

2) The loading cylinder is set on the top, and the height of the worktable is 500mm, which is convenient for taking and placing the manhole cover test piece.

3) A ball hinged connection is adopted between the rigid block and the pushing end of the piston to ensure complete contact between the manhole cover and the reaction plate, and to ensure the authenticity of the measured bearing capacity.

4) Special material is used for sealing between the cylinder and the piston to achieve the effect of high sealing, low friction and long life.
5) Adopt professional hydraulic pump motor unit specially for doing test, low noise and long life.
6)The ultra-precision oil filter is used to ensure the cleanliness of the oil system to ensure the long-term work of the control actuator.

10) The control mode has constant speed stress, constant speed test force, test force retention and other control functions and test force, the screen display function of the test curve, the test curve is power-time curve, etc., the control mode is smoothly converted.

11) The software can automatically resets the force value to be zero, eliminating factors such as different people get a different meter-reading and in different readings.

12) With overload protection, when the force value or displacement exceeds the rated theoretical value of the testing machine, it will automatically unload or stop the test.

13) Automatically collect and print the failure load and deformation values.

14) The deformation is measured at the bottom, and the data is accurate and stable.

15) According to actual requirement on site, the user can program on the spot to realize the auto closed loop control, cyclic loading, loading speed, loading waveform.
