Specifically designed and manufactured by Welding Alloys, wear plates comprise a base plate of construction steel and a wear resistant coating applied by arc welding, offering exceptional resistance to abrasive wear.

Heat treatment:

Ni-hard castings with material AS 2027/NiCr1-550: Heat treat at about 500ºC for 4 hours to 16 hours with air or furnace cooling and temper at 250~300ºC for 4 hours to 16 hours with air or furnace cooling.
