Heat Exchanger for 250000TPY Hot Dip Galvanizing Line Annealing Furnace
1. Main Technical Specification
(1) The heat exchange capacity can reach 70x10^4kcal/h
(2) The outside of the heat exchange tube is N2+H2 protective gas, the flow is 30000Nm³/h, the entrance temperature is 200ºC, the exit temperature is 120ºC.
(3) The inside of the heat exchange tube is cooling water; the flow is 70t/h, the entrance temperature is max.34.5ºC, exit temperature is 44.5ºC.
2. The gas movement mode of the heat exchanger: Orthogonal countercurrent single stroke
3. Material requirement: the heat transmit tube is copper, with aluminum fin.
4. Sealing performance test:
(1) During the manufacture of the heat exchanger, it need to make sure that each weld seam has done the kerosene leakage test, the testing period is no less than 45 minutes. The heat exchanger is qualified when there is no leakage after inspection.
(2) After finish the assembly of the whole heat exchanger, it need to do the sealing performancetest before enter into market, the water sealing test pressure is 0.8MPa, it is qualified when there is no any leakage.
5. The joint area of the heat exchange equipped with matching flange.
