2. What are the return and damage policy? Can you prepare extra spare parts for the items?
Generally, we provided 2 years warranty to our products. Spare parts will be provided during the warranty period. Free return in case of functional problem, we will provide 1% spare parts in FOC.

3. How to wash the umbrella canopy?
Mi-Lan:We’ll share the maintenance instruction once the order is /confirm/ied.
4. Can the cover and frame be packaged separately?
Yes, the cover and frame can be packed separately. frame in one carton, while 1pc cover in another carton.
5.How about your delivery time?
Sample lead time is around 5-7 working days.
Lead time for FCL or LCL order is around 45-60working days.
7.What kind of fabric do you usually for the umbrella?
Sunbrella / Taiwan Axroma/ Spuncrylic/ Solution Dyed Polyester
8.Can you help us to design the logo/patterns?
Yes, Our designer make 2D design layout for your approval before mass printing.
9.Can you give me the FOB for this product?
Yes,Our nearest loading Port is Ningbo.
10. Would you recommend mail order packaging?
Actually, our standard packaging is suitable for mail order. Honeycomb cardboard and 7PLY carton are used.
11.Do you currently supply UK customers?
Yes, 20% business was coming from UK.
12.Are you able to take some custom photos or videos of the product that I may use for marketing purposes?
