High Capacity plastic Recycling Machine

Double shaft shredder is mainly used for recycling soft materials. Two shafts are separately
working whereas rotate toward the middle center. Double shaft shredder has a symmetrical
structure which means the shaft, bearing, coupling, reducer and motor on different side share
the same size. This structure is somewhat like the single shaft one, only differs in the rotating
speed. Normally double shaft shredder gets lower speed than single one.
Comparing with single shaft shredder, double shaft one has bigger shredding chamber and
shredding knives, which ensures it get higher capacity. On this condition, we suggest a belt
conveyor for feeding to ensure stable shredding and high output.
Mainly usage include: HDPE, LDPE, 98, 99 plastic film; PP woven bags, jumbo bags, waste
fabrics, paper books, wires, filament, nets, municipal solid wastes and other soft materials.
