When working, the liquid enters the filter from the inlet, and part of the liquid enters the upper part of the filter from the middle diverter pipe. The liquid enters the upper and lower ports of the filter element at the same time. After passing through the filter element, it collects and flows out at the outlet. The particulate impurities are intercepted and accumulated.
The filter cake gradually increases the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, indicating that the filter cake reaches a certain thickness. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set differential pressure or set time, the self-cleaning program starts. The motor drives the internal waste outlet to the filter cartridge and opens the drain valve. The reverse flow of the water flushes the inner surface of the filter cartridge to remove impurities, and then shut down
Drain valve, drain nozzle is aligned with the next filter cartridge for anti-cleaning. After all the filter files are cleaned one by one, the entire backwash process is completed
