Fabric Roll Holder / Tensioning Mechanism / Fabric supportThe fabric roll holder is driven to tighten the fabric
Drive MotorWhen the fabric roll starts to discharge, the fabric will start to loosen up because the discharge rate is greater than the feed rate during production, and the roller on the left side of the rotating rod starts to drop due to gravity, until the induction plate is detected by the sensor, at which point the drive motor of the fabric roll stops, and the fabric stays taut during the process
Overfeeding MechanismThe purpose of this mechanism is to press several layers of fabric, the principle is actually: the corrugated handle is screwed down and then the spring presses the slider.
Nose Line Feeding & Loading MechanismPower is transferred from the power shaft to the top to the cam splitter, which in turn transfers the power to the nose line loading mechanism and the feeding mechanism, respectively.
Guide/Drive MechanismThe function of the guide mechanism is to prevent the nose line from running away. The two left and rightmost rollers are V-shaped, which can restrict the nose line from running to both sides; after the nose line comes out of the guide mechanism, it passes through the sensor mounting block, and then passes through the middle of the counter roller and enters the back feeder. It is the drive cam above that drives the rollers. The cam touches the rollers once per revolution and drives the rollers to rotate when it does so.
Embossing MechanismA compression roller, using an ultrasonic welding head and vibrator, is used to press out the grain on the outside of the N95 mouthpiece
