Characteristics
It is a new type of high efficiency log debarking equipment. The rotor has ladder type debarking teeth. Its special acting force makes logs do circulatory motion, rotational motion and irregular bounce in the debarking chamber.
It is featured by the following:
1) Open silo, assembly line work by feeding from one end and discharging from the other end, high work efficiency.
2) Due to strike of teeth, logs do circulatory motion and rotational motion, debarking rate is high.
3) Apply to all kinds of wood with different diameter, length and shape, even bent logs.
4) As the large main frame holds still, so low energy consumption, low failure rate, easy maintenance, low vibration and noise. It is also easy to install and operate, even can do without pedestal mounting.
5) Power transmission is gear box and chain, stable rate control, protect the motors when over loading.

It is composed of five parts: debarking roller, feed port, bark discharging port, log discharging port and power drive device. It has separate bark discharging port and log discharging port, so it can work continuously and realizes continuous assembly line work from feeding to debarking and then log discharging.
