PC1000 type crusher is composed of motor, rotary knife shaft, moving knife, fixed knife, frame and discharging port.
Four stable knives are fixed on the frame while five moving knives are bolted into the shaft with screws. When the knife is blunt, it could be easily uninstalled for grinding, which realizes recyclable using. Thus the knife has long serve life, ensures continuous stable work and satisfying capacity. Equipped with conveyer system, the unit is totally automatically running, largely decrease labor intensity and cost and improve working environment.
