3.Suitable for universal pipe sizes of 1/2"-2". 2 1/2"-4" is also available for tapered threads NPT or BSPT.

Q1.:What's your payment terms?

1.Paypal, TT, Western Union are all acceptable payment terms.

2.The order amount above USD5000, 50% down payment and 50% C/D (cash against documents) is accepted, the amount below USD5000, It should be 100% down payment.

3.Regular clients will enjoy special requests for the payment terms if you need.

4.For each order above USD5000, we will pay the bank charge and insurance fee for you, while ones below USD5000, each order costs USD50 or more in bank charge part.

Q2.May I have an inspection?

Yes, Of course you can!

You can inspect the goods and the workshops in our factory by yourself or ask your trust agents in China to do it for you.

We also have QC team to inspect the goods before they are sending out from our factory.

Q3.What's your delivery methods?

The normal delivery methods are all acceptable, such as by Air, by sea and by express.

For air and sea delivery method, we start from port Shanghai or port Ningbo.

For express delivery method, we start from our door to your door, DHL, Fedex, UPS...are all available.

Your agent forwarders are also acceptable, you only have to pay us inland delivery cost

We suggest buyer making insurance for the goods, to avoid any loss in transportation.

Q4.How long is your manufacturing time?
We did not make stock in the past because the customers have different requests for the machines so we only have rough pieces in our storage. Now, we are promoting our own brand and standard type machines.
1.For the standard specifications, if there are enough rough pieces in stock meeting your need, it takes 15 days for the assembly; if not, it will take longer to 30 days at most.
2.For OEM orders, we have MOQ for some of the machines because it is a complicate thing to change some parts or develop something. The manufacturing time will be about 30 days or more according to your quantity need.
3.After having standard stocks, the goods will be sent out once we get your payment any time.
