High-end waterproof coil hot melt adhesive / high-end waterproof membrane hot melt adhesive
It is hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive, used in HDPE waterproof roll, applicable to full-scale coating or strip coating. With good initial tack, good weather resistance and excellent ageing and UV ray radiation resistance.
It keeps tack in the -15ºC, not brittle at -30ºC
Recommended operating condition
Applies to the standard of hot melt line, slit scraping gun, spiral spraying and fiber spraying ways.
Recommended operating temperature: 160ºC to 180ºC, depending on the machine, base materials, environment and other conditions.
Recommended coating the membrane tension as small as possible, can be set to zero if necessary, winding tension below the release paper tension.
Storage
Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40ºC and the storage life is one year.
Attention
Do not mix with other adhesive.
Hot melt glue tank must be tightly closed to prevent debris falling in, hence affecting the performance of adhesive.
Because the hot melt adhesive must be heated when using, personal protective equipment is a necessity.
