Product Description
TCXT/TXCP series spout magnetic separator is mainly used for separating magnetic metal impurities from the raw materials. It is suitable for feed mills, cereal and oil processing plants, solvent factories and breweries in all scales, and generally installed in the processing pipelines.
Working Principle
The granule (powder) raw material and the magnetic impurity mixed into the raw material form a relatively uniform annular layer around the permanent magnet after entering through the inlet, wherein the magnetic metal inclusion is attracted to the magnetic pole plate surface of the permanent magnet due to being magnetized by the magnetic field. the granule (powder) raw material flows out of the machine from the magnetic field region through the lower end outlet, thereby achieving the purpose of separation.

Installation
(1) In order to prevent blockage caused by large impurity entering the machine, this equipment is generally installed after the primary cleaning screen.
(2) This equipment should be installed in vertical pipelines (the length of vertical pipelines above the equipment should be ≥500mm) and placed as much as possible
on the floor, to facilitate the cleaning of iron impurities.
(3) In view of the impact of materials on the equipment has a certain impact on the efficiency of iron, a buffer device shall be provided at the top.
The material flow rate should be no more than 1m/s.

Packing Delivery
First, the brown rice is fed to rice polisher through screw head. the surface of the rice grain is polished by friction under a certain pressure and temperature.
