1) Detail drawings(CAD / PDF/ DWG/ IGS/ STEP). If you don't have a drawing, sample, or model picture which marked the specific specification is also welcome.
2) After receiving your information, we will quote to you within 24 hours. The quotation
will include the price, lead time, trade terms, sample lead time.
Q3: Which shipping way will you use for the products?
A: For the lightweight or the small size, we will use the International express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. These express companies provide good service and deliver fast, it always takes 3-5 days to arrive according to the area you are in, it saves your time especially for the customer who urgently needs the products. For the heavyweight(more than 300KG) and large size(more than 0.01CBM), we will suggest you adopt the way of shipping via air shipment or sea shipment, if you do not have the shipping agent, please let us help you find a reliable shipping company, we will ensure that your products will arrive you on a safe and normal situation.
Q4: What's the lead time for the sample?
A: Generally, The lead time is about 7-10days, but it can be shortened for urgent orders.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
A: Sure, we do not display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.
Q6: How can I order and payment?
A: You can send a Purchase order(if your company has), or just send a simple confirmation by email or by TradeManager. Then we will send you the proforma invoice with our bank details. You can pay via T/T bank or L/C as you like.
