MF Series High Precision Sharpening Machine is a kind of high precision sharpening equipment especially designed for knife sharpening centers, printing blade manufacturers of large-scaled high-grade printing factories by introducing advanced knife grinding technology from German. The travel of machine adopts hydraulic unit for stepless speed variation, the grinding head is equipped with lifting and transverse adjusting units; the travel guide rail adopts scroll straight line guide rail with cutter calibrating device; magnetic disk cutter table is adjustable between 0 and 90 degrees. The travel of machine adopts hydraulic device and the guide rail adopts scroll straight line, all these ensure smooth operation of tool. It has improved the glossiness of cutter edge and the cutting edge angle, lengthened the service life of blade edge and cutter, and completely removed the sectional cutting flower of cutting paper.
