Application
Our Horizontal band saw use for the plank / square wood cutting, wood cutting (pine, oak, rubber wood etc).

Compare with the tradition vertical band saw, our machine can reduce about 4-5mm saw kerf and Tolerance.

Also after cutting by our machine, the timber can sanding directly. No need to go through the thicknesser.

So can reduce the material. Also the worker can control our machine from the control panel, can reduce the risk of occupational injury.
It is widely used in sawmills, shipyards and mountain wood cutting field for flow processing.
Model Features
Advantage:

1. Machine Lathe : use 10mm thick plate massiveness square tube welding and heat treatment

2. Lifting system : we use the Taiwan ABBA high precision lead screw and the Germany Rexroth sliding block

3. Saw wheel : we produce by ourselves instead of outsourcing, use high hardness rolled steel and go through ten steps process (laser cutting, heat-treatment etc.)

4. Heavy bearing device : saw wheel use NSK heavy release bearing

5. Saw wheel tension oriented : use Germany Rexroth guide strip slide

6. Control panel : use the Delta controller and Siemens button

7. Electric device : use Delta PLC, Siemens / Schneider contactor / thermorelay

8. Guide rail: use Germany Rexroth45# heavy guide rail, single sliding block can bear 5 tons weight

9. Water-cooling system provides high efficiency cooling and cleans wood dust on saw teeth

10. Saw kerf loss is only 1.05-1.25 mm, it can save approximately 20% of material to reduce cost
