Toilet Tissue Paper Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine
GM small tissue roll slitting rewinding machine is the ideal equipment for the production of bathroom paper roll. Finished toilet tissue roll has neat cuts and no burr phenomenon.
The paper slitter rewinder is a dual-purpose equipment for producing small bobbin paper and paper towels rolls. These two functions can be switched in a short time.
It has the functions of embossing, punching and rewinding at the same time, with pneumatic paper feeding, Pneumatic belt drive, elastic adjustment and other devices. This machine adopts air-swelling shaft to rewind.

1. Adopting air shaft to rewind, positioning paper tube accurately and simply;
2. Pressing system: steel-to-steel edge embossing, independent pneumatic cylinder adjustment, easy to adjust. no paper layering;
3. Horizontal paper unwinding device, pneumatic paper feeding, pneumatic wide belt feeding, independent tension adjustment device for each jumbo roll;
4. Adopting the front and rear jog switch to pull the jumbo roll paper. The operation is simpler and safer.
5. Add trimming, spraying glue and sealing function according to customer's requirements.
