1.TF series recycling granulator is used to recycle scrapped copper wires and cables, like automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and other kinds of copper wires, in order to recover copper.2. It is consisted of Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, etc.3. This recycling granulator is specially used to process all kinds of copper wires and cables, like automobile electric circuit wires and communication cables, and other unclassified cables which cannot be processed by wire-stripping machine.
1.Adopts dry separation equipped with dust collecting system.So the working area will be clean and there will be no pollution surrounding environment.2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work.Very easy to operate.3.Easy commissioning.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.4.The copper wire recycling granulator is mounted on one base, convenient to move.5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables.Copper purity will be double ensured.
