High shear homogenizer is a process that one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) are efficiently, rapidly and uniformly transferred into a continuous phase (usually liquid) which is not mutually soluble. In general, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, two groups of materials form a phase again. Due to the high shear speed and high frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow clearance of the stator and rotor, resulting in suspension (solid / liquid), emulsion (liquid / liquid) and foam (gas / liquid). In this way, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified in a moment under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate additives, and finally stable high-quality products can be obtained after high-frequency cycling.
The equipment is mainly used in daily chemical care products, biomedicine, food industry, coating ink, nano materials, petrochemical industry, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, paper industry, pesticide and chemical fertilizer, plastic rubber, power electronics, other fine chemicals, etc., especially for material emulsification configuration with high matrix viscosity and solid content.
