2. Unwind unit
Structure:
(1) Outside dual station unwinding turret, 360°inching positive and negative rotation. Each unwinding has two EPC.

3. Gluing part
Structure:

5. Laminating part:
Structure:
(1) Independent motor drive, frequency inverter controlling.
(2) The laminating rollers are heated by heat-guiding oil, making the heating even and constant.
(3) Water cooling roller make the laminating more firm.
(4) Floating roller adjust the tension.
6. Rewind part:
Structure:
(1) Outside dual station unwinding turret, 360°inching positive and negative rotation.
(2) Rewinding is transmitted by two torque motor, it can buffer the film impacting, reduce waste, save time, improving efficiency during roll change under high speed
(3) The horizontal adjustment of the material rolls are manual.
(4) Max rewinding diameter: 800mm

1) The wall board is made of high strength low stress combined alloy cast iron.
