China High Speed Straight Jacquard Needle Loom

Purpose:
Used to produce various type of elastic narrow fabrics and garment ornaments, particularly to produce the bra laces, silicon wrapped, zipper ribbons, bag belts, safety belts, cottons tape, etc.
Machine Features:
1.The heavy duty needle loom series loom feature their precise structures and accurate driving systems. All components employ the high quality original parts machined through high-precision process, ensuring the high speed running.
2.High compatibility and interchangeability between all components, prompt parts delivery when required.
3.Circulation lubricating system with electronic timing supply oil to shading lever and binder thread cam, manual operation free, high speed running and long service time.
4.High-tech electronic counter measuring the length of different belts. Three different
shifts divided and intelligent calculation attached, calculating accumulative outputs and presetting data for yields. Automatic stop when operation completed, running speed at the machine table monitored.
5.Weaving ribbons can be interchanged among the machine models with the same width; different types of weaving equipment can be added, satisfying requirements on various fabrics.
6.Electromagnetic breaking system for spindle, sensitive and reliable, scrap free once stopped.
7.Special adjustable binder tread device, better overclock quality.
