This fully automatic N95 folding masks production facility is consist of multi rolls unwoven fabric feeders station, thru rolling welding, then enters into nose bride insertion ,welding and cutting station, connect the ear loop installation and welding station. After finish the ear loop cutting, perform fix length cutting. Then transfer to folding station with ultrasonic welding and cutting to roll out the final product N95 masks.
The masks wearing is cozy, great filtration effect, conformal to human facial outlook as it fits the medical, electronic, mining and construction application. More, our facility adopt PLC programmer, touch screen control and the conveyor empowered by unidirectional motor to ensure accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
