Introduction of Biomass Pellet Mill
1.Vertical ring die wood pellets machine is used for produce biomass pellet ,pellet size 4- 12mm diameter.
2.Pellet forming area :Ring die, vertical structure, cooling easily. Die double layer, two life time .Die static, two roller rotating, and material centrifugal, evenly around. Roller assembly adopt high alloy wear resistant material
3.Automatic lubrication pump, lubricate two roller and main shaft automatically with set time ,make sure wood pellet machine can work continuously more than 20hours.
4.Accuracy gear reducer drive ,reducer all sealed ,save power 15%-20% than belt drive,which are more stable and with big strength.

Structure of Biomass Pellet Mill
Raw Material of Biomass Pellet Mill
·Wood log:First use wood chipper convert wood log to wood chips ,if wood chips moisture >20%,We should add a dryer to dry the wood chip until moisture <20% .
·Wood chips: Wood chips with moisture >15%,We should add one dryer to dry wood chips until <20%. If Wood chips are dry, moisture <15%,it can be crushed by hammer mill directly,then it comes out as sawdust ,sawdust can make pellet directly;
·Sawdust: Moisture >20%,need dry until moisture <15-20%,if sawdust size <8mm,then make pellet
directly.
·Palm fiber and EFB:Further crushed until size <8mm,dried until moisture <20%.
·Rice husk :Without hammer mill,when moisture <30% can make pellet directly.
·Straw:Need further crushed by hammer mill
