2. high temperature furnace needs process control, the specific control requirements and procedures for:

First heat treatment:
Test for 4 hours at 1149 centigrade
Second heat treatment:
A. was tested for 24 hours at 843
B. then cool down to 704 degrees or less in 2 hours (cool in air or in a high temperature furnace)
C. tested for 20 hours at 704, and then cooled naturally
Third heat treatment:
A. was tested for 2 hours at 1040
B. then at 45 seconds into the quench tank in the cooling (so, need a quench tank, the test sample into the cooling medium is water. The initial quench tank temperature control at 40 DEG C, after quench tank temperature rise can not exceed 20 DEG C, no temperature fluctuations, too large in size with the quench tank high temperature furnace liner size is 1200 * 500 * 400 (mm)).
3. high temperature furnace needs air cooling device to meet the above cooling requirements
4. procedures or software are required to record the above temperature test process, and the temperature of the quench tank needs to be controlled and monitored.
