Description
Flexible graphite sheets are manufactured from high purity natural flake graphite through chemical treatment, expanded under high temperature and then roll press into a roll. It has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance , corrosion resistance, anti-radiation, low creep relaxtion and good elasticity, and is the basic material for making all kinds of composite graphtie sheets, graphtie trapes, packing and gasket. Working temperature: -200~+650°C under oxidizing environment, -200~+3000°C under non-oxidizing environment.

Anti-oxidizing graphite sheet,much hinger working temperature

Except having the common graphite sheet nature, its high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance is more prominent. It could be applied in a higher temperature situation. The main performance indicators of the loss quantity is ≤ 12%(670ºC /1 hour) or ≤ 5%(670 ºC /1 hour) etc.
The above product properties are available when density of graphite sheet is 1.0g/cm3 and the thickness is 0.2 to 1.6mm. We can also manufacture according to customers requirement.
