ALT-AUTO175-3 is a unit of fully automatic ear-loop mask making machine. This machine unify 1 unitALT-175 face mask blank making machine and 3 units ALT-WD175 welding ear-loop making machines by a unit of automated dispenser.
Mask bodies produced on mother machine can be allocated onto 2 units child machine averagely by PLC at the speed of 120-150 pieces per minute. All of operation of the machine

is controlled through touch screen,the interface of man and machine.
On this combination the mask body machine can match with 1, or 2 or 3units of ear-loop, machine

2.The machine can make the 1--5 levels mask blank according for the customer's require with a high output.
3. You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location.
4. The direction of the earloop is outside.
