1. Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer with factory and beautiful showroom in Foshan.

2. What is your MOQ?
A: The normal MOQ of us is 5 PCS. For regular products MOQ can be 1 PCS as well. If the order quantity reaches a 40 FT container, we will cover the FOB(Shenzhen or Guangzhou) cost.

3. Can you do new design?
A: Yes we can do new design base on your sample/drawing/photos and measurement. Our R&D team can do new design or change design for you.

4. How long is the production time?
A: The production time is around 25-45 days after receipt of payment depends on quantity.

5. Can I order samples?
A: Yes, we do sample orders. Sample fees are needed, but we will treat the sample fees as deposit, or refund it to you in bulk order.

6. What's the payment term?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T or L/C.Trade assurance is available too.

7. Do you have proper quality control ?
A: We have 2 QC who are responsible for workshop section to inspect each craft man ship procedure, they have at least 3 years experience in this quality control system.
