1. Water separation distillation is applicable to most raw materials, Process: put in water (within 1000ml) → steam rack
→ gauze → flowers and plants → place the condenser → connect the water inlet and outlet pipes and exposed pipes
→ plug the water pump into the power supply → turn on the heating plate of the machine → click distillation → after
reaching 100 degrees, click the power to adjust to 800W (do not adjust the default 600W, slightly slow) → exposed
2. Boiling distillation is suitable for resin, branch, and flower and grass with a small amount, such as frankincense and
rosin, Process: add water → put the raw material → place the condenser → follow the same operation as the water
separation distillation.It should be noted that there are some resins that are easy to stick to the pot and the wood for
grinding. It is suggested that the bottom of the pot should be padded with some broken chopsticks or stones, and then
the steaming rack should be placed upside down (with three corners facing upwards) to put the soaked raw materials
into the bag. The principle is to isolate the bottom of the pot and boil it for distillation.
Note: it is recommended to add 1000 ml of water at the water level. Some special materials such as ginseng, lemon,
ginger and Camellia contain saponins, which can make many bubbles. It is recommended to control the water level
below 500ml and adjust the power to 300-400w.
3. The distillation is over (take the dew of the predetermined proportion), shut down → unplug the power supply of the
water pump → unplug the top drain pipe → the cooling water automatically flows back from the water pump → unplug
the water inlet pipe → open the condenser → pour the material → clean.
4. For the extraction of essential oil, if the quantity is small, the pipette and syringe can be directly extracted from the
bell mouth. If the quantity is large, the pipette can be poured out directly from the outlet of essential oil first, and the
rest can be extracted again. For example, the rosejasmine, gardenia, osmanthus, peach blossom and snow grass with
high content can be separated through the essential oil separation tube. The exposure tube can be directly introduced
into the measuring cup or the exposure container.
