China Honeycomb Ceramic Filter

Honeycomb ceramic filter purify metal liquid and reduce non- metal impurity and gas. Make the metal liquid to remain calm and reduce the swirl. Simplify the pouring system and improve the producing rate. Improve surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, reduce the rejection rate of casting, raise the life span of the casting and reduce casting cost.

Maximum service temperature 1450° C, it is applied to grey iron, ductile iron and malleable iron. Grey iron requires cell diameters of less than or equal to 2 mm; Spheroidal graphite iron requires cell diameters of 2 mm and greater.

Thermal shock, Heat impact resistant: Not break cooling from 1200° C by cold water for 5 times;
Coefficient of thermal expansion: (1000° C) 1.6~5.4*10-6/° C;
Compressive strength in the direction of axis >2~5MPa;
Bulk density: ≥ 0.6~1g/cm3, Water absorption25± 2%.
