I. General Description
The main type of centrifuge we produced is LW series horizontal scroll discharge sedimentary centrifuge, which is capable of conduct concentration, dewatering or fractionation on suspension of solid particles with its diameter from only a few micrometers to 3 millimeters. In 1998, our centrifuges of LW series were listed into Generalizing Plan of Best Applied Technology of State Environmental Protection Administration of China of 1999 by State Environmental Protection Administration of China.
At present, we have LW (reverse type), LWB (parallel type) and LWS (triple phase type) series with more than 20 specifications and sludge concentrating centrifugating dewatering all in one machine.
II. Structure Features
1. Barrate as well as other main components are made of anticorrosive stainless steel or high quality alloy;
2. Feed scroll is treated with special wear resistant measure and can be embedded with hard alloy protection layer welded by hard alloy wear resistanttile;
3. High slenderness ratio and high separation factor and pyramid structures of barrate in multi angles;
4. Heavy loading capacity, high transmission ratio and involute planetary differential;
5. The differential rotation speed and torque of microcomputer control system can be automatically adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the materials;
6. Selecting models, carrying out test and manufacturing equipment according to customer requirements available;
7. Horizontal decanter centrifuge with BD plate is capable of concentrating and dewatering primary sludge, active sludge and other organic materials of different proportions, as well as separating hard to separate materials.
III. Main Components
1. Barrate
The barrate is made of stainless steel and 360 degree changeable wear resistance cover is adopted in discharge outlet for waste solids. The inner surface of the barrate is equipped with vertical rod according to the flow direction of the material to protect the inner surface from being worn.
2. Scroll Feeder
The scroll core barrel and blade are made of stainless steel while fabric holes of scroll feeder's cylinder body adopts circular outlet in sections. Scroll outlet is encrusted with nanometer emery.
3. Planetary Gear Differential
Involute planetary gear differential can be operated in speed differential and torque modes.
4. Wear-resistance Protections
A. The waste discharging outlet of pyramid barrate is embedded with changeable wear resistant cover and nanometer emery (ceramics) liner to achieve the effect of wear resistance.
B. The inner surface of the barrate is welded with rods in proper thickness at equal intervals according to circumferential directions to protect barrate surfaces.
C. The outer edge of the scroll is welded with hard alloy wear resistant blocks or G N W2C tungsten carbide imported from Germany,
5. Bearings and Lubrication
The rotating unit of the equipment is supported by two main bearings whose designed lifetime is 100, 000 hours under L10 standard,
6. Driving System
Main driving system (barrate): Consists of motor, belt pulley. Narrow V belt, transducer and transmission components, and adopts soft starter.
Auxiliary driving system (scroll feeder): A driving system that consists of planetary gear system, scroll feeder, motor, transducer and transmission components.
