Device Function:

2.With G code programming, the control form is more flexible. The machine can store the code, the production process can be controlled by the program itself, the winding speed can be adjusted.
3.It cvan flexibly control the spriral angle of the end ring and the pitch of the middle part, and can control the height oh the spring. No manual intervention is required after the winding is completed.
4.Automatically connect the spring manipulator to catch the spring when retracting and move to the next station.
5.The material is automatically clamped and loosened, and the spring is automatically retracted. The winding process is fully automatic.
6.The reducer uses servo-specific reducer, which has large torque, high transmission efficiency, no oiling and no maintenance for life.
