Soybean is a very common raw material for oil extraction. Its oil content is in the range of 15.6%-22.5% and contains 35%-45% of protein, It makes soybean a high-quality high-protein and high cost performance oil material.

In the programme of Huatai, Soybean oil extracting mainly includes three sections:

1. Material Pre-treatment

In this section, the impurities in the soybean material will be removed and the soybean hulls will be separated. The bean embryo will be broken into small pieces and then processed into a puffed state. The purpose for this arrangement is to create a good production enviroment and minimize the total fat loss, increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake & meal.

2. Oil Extraction

After sealed screw conveyor put the puffed soybean into exactor, the oil in extruded soybean will be dissolved by solvent, finally get crude oil. Compared with the pressing method, the residual rate of leaching is low (<1%) and offer a better quality meal. At the same time, this solution has the following features:

3. Oil Refinery

Crude oil contains a large number of other ingredients that require further refining. In this section, continuous alkali refining shortens contact tome between oil and lye,which reduces oil saponification state,lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency;negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting with hot oil,there by ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting acid value to rise again,and lowering peroxide value; physical refining section adopts new type continuous deacidiffication and deodorization craft, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages as following: strong deacidiffication ability ,excellent hot bleaching effect,high refining rate ,good oil quality etc.

Product Description

The palmThe palm oil is contained in palm pulp, the pulp is high moisture content and rich lipase. Usually we adopt the method of press to produce it, and this technology is very mature. Before press , Fresh fruit bunch will be taken sterilizer and thresher pre-treatment: After weighting the FFB , it is loaded the FFB conveyor by loading ramp, then the FFB will convey to the vertical sterilizer. FFB will be sterilized treatment in sterilizer, the FFB will be heated and sterilized treatment for several time to avoid the lipase be hydrolyzed , after sterilizer ,the FFB is distributed bunch conveyor by the mechanical bunch feeder and enter the thresher machine which separate the palm fruit and bunch , for the empty bunch ,it is conveyed empty bunch loading platform and transport it to outside the factory area at fixed period , the empty bunch could be used as fertilizer and repeat use ; The palm fruit which has passed sterilizer and thresher processing should be sent to digester and then go to special screw press to get the crude palm oil (CPO) form the pulp . But the pressed palm oil contain a lot of water and impurity which need to be clarified by sand trap tank and treated by the vibrating screen ,afterward the CPO will be sent to clarification station treatment section . For the wet fiber cake which be produced by screw press, after separating nut, it will be sent to boiler house to burnt.

Palm Fruit Oil Processing Production Line:

The Fresh Fruit Bunches(FFB) is available after 3 yeas plantation. Palm fruits are sent into crude palm oil processing plant with following production process:

Weighing. Transport palm fruit to factory after truck weighing so as to make prompt settlement and production cost subsequent.Unloading fruit.Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are sent to fermentation tank through transportation machinery after sieving and impurities removing. The time from picking up to fermentation should be less than 24 hours, or the free fatty acid(FFA) will rise, which will not be conductive for further processing and production of palm oil from palm oil making machine. Fermentation. FFB will pass high pressure and high temperature sterilization after entering fermentation tank. It will soft and make sterilization for FFB. Threshing. Threshing machine will separate both palm fruits and empty fruit bunches(EFB) after FFB soften duirng fermentation.

Empty fruit bunches (EFB). EFB are sent to send to garden as fertilizer, fuel or other purposes after conveying and hoarding.Meshing. Mixing tank will mesh and crush palm fruit until broken after fruit threshing. Pressing. The crushed palm fruit will be leaching out from screw extrusion of palm oil pressing machine.Fiber separation. The extrued fiber pie enters air separation system after crushed to get separation of fibers and cores.Separation. Crusher divided fruit core into palm kernel and shell after separated with fiber. Air separation and washing systems separate palm kernels and shells. Shells enters boiler system as fuel, and palm kernels are storage after drying.Oil clarification. Crude palm oil (CPO) contains moisture and impurities after palm oil pressing. CPO begins primary treatment through sand tank and screen, enters vertial clarification tank to make heating and stirring, and finally separate into waste oil and edible vegetable oil. Edible vegetable oil is sent to crude oil storage tank after drying. Waste oil will be retreatment and recovery after desanding and centrifugation.Oil transportation. Oil pipeline transportation will be projected on basis of present situation.Water treatment. Water source is introduced into plant from river nearby. It will achieve boil feed water standard after primary clarification and filtration, secondary osmosis and reverse osmosis treatment.Power system. Steam turb generator power generation is the main driving force. It is also equipped with diesel generator sets.
