We have engineered our patterns, colors and textures from raw ingredients and continue to develop our own machines, techniques and procedures in SHANGHAI. We develop and train our artisan craftmens with conscientious work practices within a meticulously organized factory, teaching and maintaining the needed level of organization and skills to produce the complex and varying patterns, colors and textures we create daily.

Luxsurface is a special hand cast resin combined with brilliant sparkle mica pigments. The goal of Luxsurface is create unique 3D effects by using hand finish and applying particular polish procedure. Luxsurface is a uique finish material with technology and creative which could satisfy the designers' custom colour and pattern. The designers are able to select metallic colour included pure gold, silver, copper, and so on. Besides of these, Luxsurface has kinds of geometrical textures via the craft of curving such as Shagreen, Crocodile, Crackle ceramic...

Luxsurface special hand made panel is a high-end interior decorative material consisted of natural resin and multifunctional substrate. The raw material of resin panel ( 0.3-0.5mm thickness) is completely imported from the United States without any harmful substance such as formaldehyde. It is hand cast, hand draw and hand polish. For better use, we supply substrate. Included MDF panel, honeycomb panel, acrylic panel, phenonic panel, laminated panel. Someone is waterproof, someone is fire-resistant. Beyond the restriction of high humidity and fire safety.

Or, we can work together and our Creative Director will put all of his expertise to your service in order to create a unique finish.FurnitureAs above, you can come to our workshop, select a finish and send us the carcass ready-made. After a few weeks, the piece will be ready for final fitting at the joinery shop, or ready to be installed at your house.- Or, we can work together to a new shape and a new finish which will make your piece totally unique.- We can also supply finished pieces of furniture, working together with some of the most appreciated joiners in the UK. CARE and maintenance metaL FINISHES
Every metal ages. It suffer from oxidization, wear and tear.
The condition of the metal surface can be maintained for a short period using a special sealing or can be protected by a clear lacquer for long lasting.
If these finishes have no protective coating they will oxidize and tarnish without proper care. A less smooth surface will show corrosion and reactions much faster than a smooth one.
MaintenanceUse gloves to handle items during installation.To protect, use a spray no-wax formula, such as Pledge after cleaning and at least once a week.Never use harsh cleaners, abrasives or soft scrub cleaners.To avoid water spots, wipe dry immediately.Apply a good clear furniture wax one or two times a year.Lightly buff with a microfiber cloth to produce a low sheen and warm luster.
Which metals and Finishes age the fastest?Bronze, Copper and Brass with high polish finishes will begin aging the fastest and will require limited maintenance in order to maintain a shiny appearance, although most people prefer to let the metal age naturally.Nickel Silver, Stainless Steel and Aluminum will keep their original appearance simply by applying Pledge-like products. RESIN FINISHES
First and foremost, do not use abrasives and bleach to clean resin furniture. These include certain all-purpose cleaners like Soft Scrub and Comet, as well as scouring pads. Using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads will dull the surface. If this occurs, they will have to be replaced much sooner than originally intended. Also, avoid wax or polishes that contain wax.Most other cleaners, however, work perfectly well. For daily use, be sure to wipe up all spills and leaks immediately with a rag or towels. Chamois cloth is a great option as it's both highly absorbent and gentle to the surface. Mild dish soap, Crystal Simple Green, and most non-abrasive household cleaners are good options for daily cleaning. For weekly or monthly cleaning, to maintain the epoxy resin surface, use mineral oil, or Murphy's Oil conservatively. Too much will cause the surface to dull and become hazy.
High temperature - such as hot dishes or hot cups - can leave ring marks on the surface. This can only be rectified in our workshop in London.
