PROFILES:

This soap production line regard soap noodles as raw materials or palm oil .The production starts with mixing soap noodles or palm oil . Then the mixed soap noodles enters in the three roller mill by conveyor belt, where soap thin sheets are made. The soap thin sheet then converted into desired long strip soap by the plodder machine.Then the long strip soap are cut into the soap bars required size by cutting machine(there are two kinds of cutting machine.One is mechanical.The other is automatic).Finally, the soap bars gets packed by packing machine if needed.

Mixer:
One mixing shaft with two mixing paddles is driven by the motor through the gear box and rotating continuously to mix soap noodles, flakes are mixed with all kinds of liquid and solid ingredients inside the mixer chamber. After the mixing, products are discharged through air cylinder controlled discharging door.

Duplex Plodder:
This machine has two stages, driven by independent transmission system. The first plodder is acting as a simplex refining to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper.

Electric Cutting Machine:
This machine can two sides emboss and cut all kinds of toilet soap and laundry soap, fast and accurate. For toilet soap production, this machine will cut the soap billets from the plodder into long bars to feed into the downstream stamper. For the laundry soap production, a complete set of embossing mechanism can be installed at the front so that the machine can emboss and cut the soaps at the same time to product finished product for downstream packaging.
