The design of ABS Series CNC Router is from Europe, the machine looks more modern and fancy. The machine body is welded by thick steel pipes, it is strong to process different materials.
The machine features all steel construction, powerful spindle, Taiwanese precision Hiwin linear rails and bearings, Germany precision helical racks on the X and Y axes, with TBI ballscrew Z axis drive, brushless microstepper motors. Controls with a very easy-to-use DSP or Mach 3 controller.
It is worth mentioning that the vacuum function is avilable, which will help to vacuum suck the material in only 3 seconds. This function will greatly help to improve efficiency.

Gantry

The gantry is constructed of tubular steel with reinforcing ribs welded throughout the length of the column which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting.
High Frequency Powerful spindle
The design of the Chinese HQD spindle is based on the best design solutions of the world's leading spindle manufacturer - HSD (Italy). High speed (18,000 rpm) and sufficient power makes it possible to process wood, as well as chipboard, MDF, plastic, acrylic glass and other materials for furniture, doors, advertising and souvenirs with high quality.
The spindle is cold by the air from the fan mounted on the inner of the spindle.The spindle is easy to use, and the advantage is that it is maintenance-free during use and does not require an additional water pump for cooling.
base frame

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
XY Helical rack and pinion

The Alpha ABS Series CNC Router uses precision helical gear racks on the X and Y axes. The mounting of the rack is inverted to help keep dust and debris from building up on the drive system, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability. The precision gearbox is directly coupled to the stepper motor and pinion. This eliminates belt stretch inaccuracies assuring high-speed machining while the system positions the spindle accurately.
Oil Lubrication System

The machine comes the whole lubrication system to make sure all the transmission system will be well lubricated, which will make the machine service life longer.
OMRON photoelectric limit switch

The limit sensor is the second limit protection. Omron is famous brand and the sensor is with high quality. The function of this device is to prevent the machine from overtraveling, and avoid unnecessary losses.
The sensor is installed on all XYZ axis.
