Application scope
It is widely applicable to iron concentrate, zinc ore concentrate, sulfur concentrate, copper concentrate, nickel concentrate, molybdenum concentrate, lead concentrate, tungsten concentrate, manganese concentrate, vanadium ore, aluminum concentrate, gold concentrate, and non-metallic concentrate for filtering and dewatering, as well as suitable for such industries as coal, fine chemistry, paper making, pharmacy, chemical fiber, food, environmental protection, and etc.
Working principal
The full automatic ceramic filter mainly consists of rotor, distribution head, mixer, scraper, slurry tank and backwash cleaning system.
When operation begins, under the effect of vacuum, the ceramic filter plate immersed in the slurry tank gives shape to a thick particle settlement layer on the ceramic filter plate surface, and the filtered liquid flow into the vacuum bucket through the ceramic filter plate to the distribution head. In the drying area, the filter cake continues to be dewatered under the effect of vacuum to further dry the filter cake. After the filter cake is dried, it is scraped down in the discharging area and conveyed by the belt to where it is needed.
The ceramic plate after discharging finally goes into the backwash area, and the filtered backwash liquid flows into the ceramic plate through distribution head in order to flush the particles blocked in the micro-holes of the ceramic plate, which completes a filter operation cycle, After a long time operation of the filter, apply media to ensure the high-efficency operation of filter.
