Application:Miter cutting angle band saw machine is designed for cutting various ferrous material like carbon steel, low alloy steel, special alloy, acid resisting stainless steel, and non-ferrous material like copper,aluminum with miter cutting requirement.

2, the sealing special type maintenance-free decelerating system, matched with worm structure, which could guarantee permanent lubrication, stable running of blade belt that could extend the service life of the blade belt.
3, hydraulic balance cylinder+high intensity balance spring+ hydraulic step less speed adjusting, saw belt not easy to be broken down.
4, the unique saw belt protection device could reduce the possibility of saw blade breaking in maximum degree.
5, the adjustable saw belt guiding device highly improves the cutting quality and service life.
6, could be rotated -45 degree for quick, accurate and fixed position cutting.
7, adopting switch controlling the cutting schedule, could adjust the cutting schedule according to the size of the workpiece,which improves the cutting efficiency greatly.
