China Hyr 758-R230t Double Shaft Heavy Rapier Loom

The Model HYR758 Rapier Loom is improved by 747 Rapier Loom. It adopt the HYR 758New Century wallboard, it change the crank shaft to central shaft, instead of the crank shaft drive structure, which make sure the machine can with high speed. It adopts No.16 Common steel upper beam, 14*14 body installed in the middle and downside. It can increase the stability of the Machine. Depend on the output and the application(can be working in almost all kind of the yarn. such as cotton ,woolen, viscose ,polyester ,etc) widely using in manufacturing of the all kind of fabric .
Now company making this model width from 150cm to 360cm,speed from 270-190rpm.
The main configuration of our machine .
1.using heavy strongly beam joint, which can be reduce the vibration when machine running ,keep stable of the weaving .
2.Using No 16 mechanical or electric dobby with 20 levers,16 frames, which can be easy controlled the fabric weaving design smoothly.
3.6 fidder joint. can be selecting the mechanical ,electric selector.
4.Using 2 fabric tight beam which can be keep machine weaving fabric out smooth.
5.For save the warping time, we have the big warping beam 500-800mm can selecting .
6.Using good quality dropper, heald wires 8000-15000pcs according to the length.
7.LCD control penal can show the output ,speed, broken .and joint electric senor which can stop the weft/warp yarn broken .
8.Using the powerful electric brass motor, which can be easy working with the high efficient .
