Φ1800 Remoted-controlled Slurry balance Pipe jacking Machine is a new advanced trenchless equipment with high technology. It combines multi-disciplinary technologies in one,such as the machinery units, hydraulic system, electric controller (including PLC), Laser system, measuring device, etc. Pipe-Jacking Machine has various advantages when used in the constructions of laying pipes underground. Advantages:
1.Equipped with planetary gear reducer (which is up to the standard of international trend with a large drive ratio and high reliability) and adopted multi-electrical motors driving form, which makes the cutterhead works with high efficiency, low calorific value, and good reliability. Furthermore the cutterhead's small size makes the machinery easy for operation, installation, maintenance and management.
2.The structure and dimension of the mechanical driving system are ingeniously designed and in compact mode. So the whole system has powerful strength, and long life service. Especially, it can serve the particular demands of Pipe-Jacking Tunneling Machine in start-up with heavy loads.
3.The machinery is controlled by remote-controlled operator in the ground. The electric-controlled system includes the soft-start, PLC and data-collecting-displaying system. It not only can protect the machinery from damage by attacking strength of the starting current on the power grid, but also can improve the processing property of the machinery. At the same time, it is able to lower the workers' labor intensity.
4. A set of Rectifying-jacking auxiliary equipment (steering system)has been added in Hydraulic system, which could increase the control strength of the intermediate behind the cutter head.
5. The cutterhead are mainly equipped with high qualified cutting tools. As the space is large enough, workers can entry to replace the cutting tools when necessary. With the advantage of second-breaking function, the tunneling machine is fit for the soil with limestone soil.
6. The main pumping station allows eight Double-Stage hydraulic cylinder with steady thrust jacking at one time (the push force is 200t, and the stroke distance is 3m). The main pump adopts frequency control ways to control the speed, which assures the high reliability of the machinery. It's better to use the Double-Stage hydraulic cylinder with steady thrust so as to finish the pipe jacking work without a break, which could speed the construction progress, and also reduce the growth of jacking resistance force. We could adopt other speed-controlling ways, according to the requirements of the customers.
7. Both the water-in pump and mud-out pump adopt the frequency control ways to control the speed, which assures the high reliability of the system.
8. PLC is the product of OMRON from Japan. The planetary reducer adopts the independently developed involute planetary gear reducer with high reliability, good efficiency, large train ratio and a small volume.
