Mechanical characteristics and functions:

2. The computer is with Chinese interface, which is easy to operate and can be accurately positioned. It is able to control 3 to 8 servo motors, and all the motors can be synchronized or individually operated at the same time.
3. Accuracy detecting and tracking device is set, if there is any product not qualified, the machine will stop functioning automatically.
4. According to the working condition on the fluorescent screen, the diameter angle could be modified at any time.
5. Automatic lubrication and oil supply design of mechanical parts ensures the long-term functioning of the device.
6. When wire shortage, wire-break and wire-twisting happens, auto-shutdown design and wire-frame
auto-speeding function makes the production much more easier and effective.
7. Suitable for the production of twin torsion springs, straight-shaped strings, pagoda springs, tension springs, rectangular springs, wire molding, steel wrapped coiled springs, clockwork springs and various fancy springs, complex and difficult special-shaped springs, etc.
