SiC Ceramic Foam Filter
We have distributed ceramic foam filter which is used for filtration of grey and nodular cast iron and copper alloys. It is made from high quality ceramic materials, whose main components are SiC, Al2O3, ZrO2 etc. Our products have superior performance for removing the mass in the molten metal liquid and also the tiny inclusion to improve the composition structure. Also it reduces the content of gas and poisonous element in the metal liquid. Lower inclusion content in the cast has the following advantages:
1. Improve mechanical cast properties
2. Improve cast tightness
3. Decrease machining tool cost
4. Decrease cast repair cost and casting wastes
