The impact strength of PC board is 250-300 times as high as common glass, is 20-30 times as high as acrylic sheets, is 2 times as high as toughened glass. And it's almost no fracture risk. The hammer with 3kg drops two meters and hit it, it's no crack. So it enjoyed the reputation of being of "safety glass" and "ring steel". Owing to excellent impact resistance of PC board, it can be cold formed under normal temperature or hot formed. Our company owns large Press Brakes and Heat chambers can process cold and hot formed for PC board within 2.5 meters. On site, PC board can be cold bended, install arched and hemicycle top or Windows according to drawings. Minimal bending radius is 100 times as thickness as used board.Application:
