1. What kinds of material need for wood pelletizing machine?
1) Wood log: First use wood chipper convert wood log to wood chips ,if wood chips
moisture >20%,We should add a dryer to dry the wood chip until mositure <15% .
2)Wood chips: Wood chips with moisture >20%,We should add one dryer to dry wood chips until <15%. If Wood chips are dry ,moisture <15%,it can be crushed by hammer mill directly,then it comes out as sawdust ,sawdust can make pellet directly;
3)Sawdust : Moisture >20%,need dry until mositure <15%,if sawdust size <5mm,then make pellet directly.
4)Palm fiber and EFB: Further crushed until size <1mm,dried until moisture <15%.
5)Rice husk: Without hammer mill,when moisture <15% can make pellet directly.
6)Straw: Further crushed.
2. Features of Wood Pelletizing Machine:
1)Ring die mold, vertical structure, granulating chamber cooling.Material feed directly in pellet forming chamber.
2)Die static, two roller rotating, and material centrifugal, evenly around.
3)Frequency adjusted feeding screw conveyor or belt conveyor,make sure the material can feed in time by adjust the speed of screw conveyor motor ,so make sure the high capacity.
4)The main press components adopt high alloy wear resistant material, the service life of wearing parts is two times than similar products.
5)Accuracy gear reducer box drive ,reducer all sealed ,save power ,make sure the ring die wood pellet machine work more efficiency and stable.
