Overview
The KYN28A-12 Armored Central Indoor AC metal-enclosed Switchgear (commonly known as the "Centrally Installed Switchgear" ), is an AC complete set of high voltage electrical equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. It is suitable for the power distribution systems of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, schools, parks and the like, used as the acceptor and distributor to control, protect and test the circuit.
Model Description
The model meaning of the Centrally Installed Switchgear are as follows
Environmental characteristic code: TH----- for hot and humid region; TA------ for arid tropic region; G----- for high altitude region;
Structure
The centrally installed switchgear is made up of two parts: the cabinet and the centrally installed withdrawable part (i.e., the handcart cabinet). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments: circuit breaker compartment, bus compartment, cable compartment and instrument compartment. The protection class for the case of the cabinet is IP4X, and IP2X for the small compartments and when th© circuit breaker compartment is open. With off-contact inlet-outlet line, cable inlet-outlet line and other functional programs, it is arranged and combined to form a complete set of power distribution system device. The centrally installed switchgear can be installed, commissioned and maintained from the front side, so it can be sat back-to-back to form a double arrangement and wall installation, thus improving the safety and flexibility of thd switchgear, saving more space. The structural diagram is shown in Figure 1 below.
