The machine is composed of main body, transmission device, drum, liquid collecting tray, and liquid-feeding bearing base. There is a flexible main axis on the top of drum, and a damping floating bearing at its bottom. With the linked buffering device, the main axis is connected with the passive wheel. Through the conveyor and the fastening wheel, motor provides power for the passive wheel, so the drum rotates around itself axis by high speed, and form strong centrifuge force field. Materials are launched from the bottom feeding inlet, by the centrifugal force, liquid flows upward along the drum wall, and is separated to layers because their different density
Features:
a. With the servo-pulse speed regulating, the machine can be applied for the packing for all kinds of packaging material.
b. Parameters of working speed, the bag length, the capacity and the thermal sealing time can be displayed and set in the touch screen.
c. The package length can be set directly.
d. There are two methods for the membrane feeding: The color-mark mode and the fixed-length mode, and there is the automatic tracing.
e. The temperature controller is adopted to control the thermal sealing, and the sealing effect is good.
f. The thermal time and the tracing length is adjusted within a certain range.
g. The whole machine is servo driven, and it is convenient to regulate and maintain. There are two rows of feeding channel, and the productivity is high
