1)This hose is resistance to chemical from outer and alos from inner and highly abrasive resistance. The hose coat has been made from synthetic fibres and from other sides covered by NBR-PVC.
2) Designed especially for wash down, transfer, marine mining, oil field and construction industry use
3) Outer black, red or blue
4) Four sections:
A) High strength polyester filament, woven jacket,
B) Outer/inner: Rubber layers with adhesion layers
5) Stream resistance is small
6) Abrasion-resistant, long service life
7) Better oil-resistance
8) Length: 15, 20, 25, 30, 40m
The tensile strength and ultimate elongation of the vulcanized rubber compound which has been subjected to the action of oxygen at a pressure of 300 psi +/- 10 psi , (2100kpa +/- 70kpa) and temperature of 70degrees centigrade +/-1 degree centigrade (158 F +/- 18 F ) for a period of 96hours shall be , greater than 60% of the original properties stated.
Temperature range: From -30 C deg to 80 C deg (-22 F deg to 176 F deg)
