Working principle of pressure screen:
During the rotating process of pressure screen rotor, the blade on the rotor is also called rotor. Moving along the surface of the screen drum (its gap with the screen drum can be adjusted), pressure is generated on the slurry, which increases the pressure difference between the inner and outer pressure of the screen drum, and the slurry passes through the screen drum.Gradually increases, when the tail rotor and sieve drum clearance rotor of slurry pressure is reduced, partial negative pressure in this area, when the negative pressure inside and outside the sieve drum slurry pressure equals the absolute value, slurry stop sieving, when negative pressure continues to increase, the sieve drum accepts outside of moisture and part of the pulp through the sieve drum returned, a sieve drum sizing on, long fiber impurities backwash effect, so that ensure the normal operation of pressure screen continuously.
